Working for a premier provider of integrated investment technology and outsourcing solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with business teams in order to analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes, policies and information systems.

A significant proportion of work will be undertaken in accordance with the project framework of small, medium and large sized projects.

Your Role:

• · Analyse and document business processes
• · Interpret business needs & translation into application & operational requirements
• · Leading Walkthroughs of requirements with Business and Technology areas
• · Report progress and escalation of risks and issues to Project Manager
• · Working closely with developers and users to ensure compatibility & satisfaction
• · Mentor more junior members of the Business Analyst resource pool

Your Profile:

• 3+ years experience in Transfer Agency essential
• Previous experience as a Business Analysis is a strong advantage
• Previous experience of system implementation projects, project lifecycle
• Advanced PC skills, innovative and analytical person and good team player
• Ability to work to deadlines, organisational skills & problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, interaction and influencing skills
