Our client is one of the largest fund administration companies in Ireland. They are looking for a Transfer Agency Administrator Hedge Funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for Administration of Transfer Agency / Administration services.

Your Role:

• Act as the primary T.A. contact for specific client’s funds
• Responsibility for the full administration of the client’s funds
• Ensure that the daily checklists for your funds are prepared and reviewed
• Responsibility for keeping the correspondence filing up to date for your clients
• Ensure that all outstanding shareholder queries are responded to

Your Profile:

• 2-3 years work experience in Transfer Agency
• Third level qualification in business related discipline preferable
• Good interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone manner
• Fluency in English
